如何申请删除账号

请通过以下任一方式提交删除申请，并注明您注册时使用的手机号或邮箱：

• 发送邮件至 enhuichang@gmail.com，标题注明「删除账号」；
• 或在 App 内「我的」页面联系客服提出申请。

我们会在核实身份后 7 个工作日内删除您的账号。

删除的数据范围

• 账号信息（手机号、邮箱、密码、第三方登录绑定）；
• 收件人档案（姓名、电话、地址）及证件照片；
• 其他与账号关联的个人信息。

保留的数据

根据澳大利亚及中国海关的法规要求，已发生的运单记录及其清关资料需保留法定期限（一般不超过 5 年）用于合规审计，期满后删除；这部分数据不再与您的账号关联。

To delete your Line-1 account and associated data, email enhuichang@gmail.com with the phone number or email you registered with. Your account, recipient profiles and ID photos will be deleted within 7 business days. Records of completed shipments and their customs documents are retained for the statutory period required by Australian and Chinese customs regulations, then deleted.
