本隐私政策说明我们在你使用「一号线」App（澳大利亚→中国集运/转运物流服务）时，如何收集、使用、存储和共享你的个人信息。使用本 App 即表示你已阅读并同意本政策。

一、我们收集哪些信息

• 账号信息：手机号；使用 Apple 登录时获取 Apple 提供的用户标识与（首次授权时的）姓名、邮箱。
• 收件人与报关信息：收件人姓名、手机号、收货地址；为满足中国海关"个人物品进口实名"要求所需的身份证号码及身份证照片。
• 包裹信息：物品名称/数量/申报价值、重量、快递单号、物流轨迹等。
• 相机与照片：见第三节。
• 位置：仅在你点击「到店打印」时获取一次当前位置，见第三节之二。
• 设备与日志：设备型号、系统版本、崩溃日志等，用于安全与排障。

二、我们为什么收集、如何使用

• 为你提供集运/转运下单、生成面单与报关清单、安排承运与派送；
• 依据中国海关规定，对进口个人物品完成收件人实名申报（清关的法定必需）；
• 展示物流轨迹、账单与通知；保障账户与交易安全、防欺诈。

三、相机与身份证照片的使用

本 App 仅在你主动操作时才调用相机，用途仅限：①拍摄身份证照片用于上述中国海关实名报关建档；②扫描包裹条码用于门店收件与计费。我们不会在后台静默使用相机，不会将照片用于人脸识别或与报关无关的用途。你可随时在系统设置中关闭相机/相册权限（关闭后相关功能不可用）。

三之二、位置信息的使用

本 App 提供「到店打印」功能：你人在我们门店时，点一下即可把快递面单直接发到该门店的标签打印机。为确认你确实在门店内、并判断是哪一家门店，我们需要获取一次你的位置。

• 仅前台、仅单次：只在你点击「到店打印」按钮的那一刻获取一次；App 退到后台或关闭时不会定位。我们不申请「始终允许」的后台定位权限。
• 不留存、不追踪：坐标只用于与门店坐标比对（判断是否在门店半径内），比对完即丢弃，不写入数据库、不生成轨迹、不用于画像或广告。
• 可以不给：拒绝定位权限不影响 App 其它任何功能。你仍可连接门店 WiFi，或扫描门店柜台的二维码来使用到店打印。
• 你可随时在系统设置中关闭定位权限。

四、敏感信息（身份证）

身份证号码及照片属于敏感个人信息。我们收集它仅因中国海关对进口物品的实名清关要求，用于向报关行/海关申报，以加密方式存储，仅在完成清关所必需的范围内使用与共享。

五、我们如何共享信息

我们不出售你的个人信息。仅在提供服务与履行法定义务所必需时共享给：报关行/中国海关（报关清单与实名信息，清关必需）；承运方（如澳大利亚邮政、航空公司、中国邮政/EMS，用于运输派送）；技术服务商（运行本 App 所必需的云/短信/图片处理，按我们指示处理数据）；以及依法配合有权机关的合法要求。

六、存储与安全

数据存储于我们控制的服务器，采取加密、访问控制等合理措施保护。互联网传输无法保证绝对安全，但我们持续采取措施降低风险。

七、保留期限

我们仅在实现上述目的及法律法规要求的期限内保留你的信息，超出后将删除或匿名化。你可申请删除（见第九节），法律要求留存的除外。

八、账号与数据删除

你可在 App 内或通过下方联系方式申请删除账号及个人数据。账号删除页：/app/delete-account。

九、你的权利

你可以查询、更正或删除你的个人信息，撤回同意或注销账户。请通过下方联系方式与我们联系，我们将在合理期限内处理。

十、儿童

本 App 面向企业/成人物流用户，不面向 14 岁以下儿童，我们不会有意收集儿童个人信息。

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share your information when you use the Line-1 app, a parcel consolidation / forwarding logistics service for shipments from Australia to China. By using the app you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account: phone number; if you use Sign in with Apple, the identifier Apple provides and (on first authorization) your name and email.
• Recipient & customs data: recipient name, phone, delivery address; and the national ID number and ID card photos required for China Customs' real-name import declaration.
• Parcel data: item names/quantities/declared value, weight, tracking numbers and events.
• Camera & photos: see Section 3.
• Location: obtained once, only when you tap "Print in store" — see Section 3a.
• Device & logs: device model, OS version and crash logs for security and troubleshooting.

2. Why we collect and how we use it

• To provide consolidation/forwarding order entry, generate shipping labels and customs manifests, and arrange carriage and delivery;
• To complete the recipient real-name declaration required by China Customs for imported personal goods (a legal requirement for clearance);
• To show tracking, billing and notifications; and to secure accounts and prevent fraud.

3. Use of camera and ID card photos

The app accesses the camera only when you actively initiate it, and only to: (1) photograph ID cards for the China Customs real-name declaration described above; and (2) scan parcel barcodes for in-store intake and billing. We do not use the camera silently in the background, and do not use photos for facial recognition or any purpose unrelated to customs declaration. You can revoke camera/photo permission in system settings at any time (the related features will then be unavailable).

3a. Use of location

The app offers "Print in store": when you are physically at one of our stores, one tap sends your shipping label straight to that store's label printer. To confirm you are actually in a store — and to determine which store — we need your location once.

• Foreground only, one reading: obtained only at the moment you tap "Print in store". The app does not access location while backgrounded or closed, and we do not request the "Always" background location permission.
• Not stored, not tracked: the coordinates are compared against our store locations (to test whether you are within a store's radius) and then discarded. They are not written to our database, not used to build a location history, and never used for profiling or advertising.
• Optional: declining location permission does not affect any other feature. You can still use in-store printing by connecting to the store Wi-Fi or scanning the QR code at the store counter.
• You can revoke location permission in system settings at any time.

4. Sensitive information (ID)

National ID numbers and photos are sensitive personal information. We collect them solely because China Customs requires real-name clearance for imported goods, to declare to customs brokers/authorities. We store them encrypted and use/share them only as necessary to complete clearance.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations, with: customs brokers / China Customs (declaration manifests and real-name data, required for clearance); carriers (e.g. Australia Post, airlines, China Post/EMS) for transport and delivery; service providers (cloud/SMS/image-processing needed to run the app, processing data only on our instructions); and authorities where required by law.

6. Storage & security

Data is stored on servers we control, protected with reasonable measures such as encryption and access controls. No internet transmission is completely secure, but we work continuously to reduce risk.

7. Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law, after which we delete or anonymise it. You may request deletion (Section 9), except where retention is legally required.

8. Account & data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and personal data in the app or via the contact below. Account deletion page: /app/delete-account.

9. Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or close your account. Contact us below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

10. Children

The app is intended for business/adult logistics users, not for children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
